In this guitar lesson, I´m going to give you some tips about using extra notes in your pentatonic scale. This is pretty common in blues music and even more in jazz fusion style. So, the idea is to fill the gaps but there are some very important notes that every lead guitarist should know. Some of these notes are the diminished 5th or blue note, the major 3rd, major 7th, etc. So, try to play using those notes and made up your own licks.
