Shit guys do. I would have chosen a more shredaholic looking guitar for this video, regardless how good that guitar plays and sounds. That guitar should be reserved for talking to your daughter about birds, bees, and blow jobs. Maybe put another humbucker on it, even if it isn't hooked up. It's just a guy thing, ….. to our detriment. Thanks, Mom, for reminding me about function over presentation.

Eddie Rodrigues says:

I just bought an e guitar two weeks ago and I LOVE IT. But the internet is so far deep to find kind of a red line in all the tutorials and lessons. Therefore I sign up to Guitar Tricks. Your lessons are VERY well done. So see in this example … I just watched several powerchord lessons on YouTube .. in most of them its said to not use the pinky and only strum two strings .. this would be far easier it is said. I want to learn it the right way and not the easy way … so I am pleased that you did not mention this easier powerchord in the whole lesson. But on the other side … I hate the pinky on the smaller frets cause of the lack of space. Excuse my bad school english :-/. Keep on the excellent work!!

Robert Adams says:

Perfect. Clear and concise. Thank you
