I just did this in my head, hope it's correct. If this is tuned as a standard 6 string with a high A, then 11 more strings below the low E, it would be like this:
1 A – 5th fret high E string
2 E
3 B
4 G
5 D
6 A
7 E – Enter Sandman
8 B – 7 string brainless chugging
9 F#- 8 string brainless chugging
10 C# – Pantera GSTK bass tuning
11 G# – Nolly
12 D#
13 A# – basically inaudible from this point on
14 F – 2 octaves below Meshuggah guitar
15 C
16 G Almost 3 octaves below Meshuggah
17 D 4 octaves below drop D
18 A 4 octaves below KORN guitar
19 string this year
